Assist in providing data-based behavioral consultation to classroom teams Complete behavioral assessments Assist in the development and writing of required reports Measure student progress on interim behavioral protocols and behavior intervention plans and the reliability of treatment implementation Train staff in best practice methods Provide and oversee crisis intervention services for students Ensure that IEP mandates are fulfilled Maintain all records required Conduct all duties, responsibilities, and daily activities in accordance with current best practice and ethical guidelines Adheres to The Summit Center Core Agency Values of Adaptability, Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, Optimism, and Respect Adheres to the Summit Center employment policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook including, but not limited to dress code, attendance and punctuality, and Paid Time Off Perform any other duties as requested by your supervisor EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree required. Currently enrolled in or having completed a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. At least 6 months of experience as a technician working with developmentally disabled individuals using Applied Behavior Analysis methods. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, etc.: First Aid, CPR, Ukeru and Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention Revised Instructor (SCIP-R) certification Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
