Fabrication Technician – Manufacturing – Milling Team Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States. Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (commonly called flat head syndrome). We manufacture the DOC Band®, a cranial orthotic product custom‑made to each baby’s head. The DOC Band® is the first FDA‑approved head band to correct cranial asymmetry. As a Fabrication Technician on our Milling/Trim‑Lines team, you will work with CNC mills and fabricate the DOC Band®. Strong visual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with your hands are essential. Experience operating CNC Mills or HAAS Mills is a plus, but we provide a comprehensive training program. Responsibilities Fabricate the DOC Band® using CNC technology and hand tools. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC and HAAS milling equipment. Perform quality inspections and adjust processes to meet product standards. Collaborate with manufacturing team members in a safe, efficient environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent ability to work with your hands. Visual skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Experience with CNC Mills, HAAS Mini‑Mills, or VF2 Mills is a bonus, but not required. Previous manufacturing experience a plus; we can train applicants with suitable aptitude.
