Legal/OEC AI Technology Manager

Abbott seeks a Legal/OEC AI Technology Manager to lead implementation and support of generative AI solutions across Legal and OEC functions. The role encompasses platform administration, user support, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Execute Legal and OEC AI roadmap by partnering with stakeholders to deploy solutions and deliver business outcomes
- Administer and support AI platforms including access control, configuration, integrations, testing, and vendor coordination
- Build, test, and maintain AI agents, assistants, prompts, and automated workflows for approved processes
- Drive adoption through training, communications, and user support while monitoring utilization and value realization
- Lead and develop support team; assess business processes to identify AI opportunities and manage implementation risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in legal operations, legal technology, digital transformation, or technical support
- Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, and AI-enabled workflow configuration
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise SaaS or technology platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in complex environments
- Understanding of system integration, APIs, identity management, and governance concepts
- Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills
