Seasonal Server Assistant

Compensation Type Hourly Job Overview The Server Assistant will ensure food is run hot and fresh off the line, tables are cleared and cleaned for guests, and drinks are refilled. The role also includes assisting the bar with glass rotation and refilling ice bins. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to exceed guests’ expectations, an infectiously positive attitude, and work well as part of a team. Success in this role requires being well‑organized, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and possessing high multi‑tasking skills. Responsibilities Welcoming guests Maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas and serving stations Bussing dining room tables Responding to guests’ requests and informing management of any complaints Possessing strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings Ensuring timely delivery of food items Ensuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies Being self‑motivated and willing to assist wherever needed Qualifications Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, exert up to 50 pounds occasionally or up to 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, and the ability to multitask. Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with the body and arms; work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required. Food Handlers Card required. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
