Position Summary The File Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing file maintenance operations, pricing integrity, promotional execution, and point-of-sale accuracy throughout the store. This role ensures pricing data is accurately maintained, promotional signage is executed correctly, and store systems function efficiently to support a positive customer experience. The File Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. Key Responsibilities File Maintenance Operations Oversee daily file maintenance activities and pricing updates. Ensure accurate implementation of price changes, promotions, and markdowns. Maintain pricing integrity throughout all store departments. Monitor system updates and verify successful execution of pricing files. Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and system-related issues. Pricing & Promotional Accuracy Verify all advertised and promotional pricing is accurate and properly displayed. Ensure promotional signs, tags, and labels are current and correctly placed. Conduct regular audits to identify and correct pricing errors. Coordinate pricing and promotional changes with department leadership. Store Systems & Technology Maintain point-of-sale and pricing systems to ensure operational effectiveness. Assist with troubleshooting equipment and technology issues. Ensure store data is entered accurately and maintained according to company standards. Support implementation of system updates and process improvements. Leadership & Associate Development Provide leadership, coaching, and support to file maintenance associates. Assist with training, scheduling, and daily task assignments. Promote accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Support associate development and performance improvement efforts. Customer Service Support a customer-focused environment by ensuring accurate pricing and promotional information. Assist with resolving customer concerns related to pricing discrepancies. Work collaboratively with store leadership to maintain customer satisfaction. Compliance & Audit Readiness Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and operational standards. Maintain required documentation and records. Support internal audits and pricing compliance reviews. Ensure all pricing and promotional activities meet regulatory requirements.
