Vontas is looking for a Customer Engineer to serve as the primary technical consultant for customers in the Boston Metro area. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot CAD/AVL systems, and maintain customer relationships through on-site visits and training. This role demands strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
