Front Desk CoordinatorLocation: Royal Palm Beach, FLThe Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team.Schedule: Part time and Full time available Clinic Hours - Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm Compensation - $15/hr + BONUS Paid lunch breaksKey Responsibilities:Providing excellent services to members and patients.The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals. DAILY BONUS POTENTIALGreeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.Answering phone calls.Re-engaging inactive members.Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspaceConfident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packagesKeeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.Willingness to learn and growAccepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of timeUpholding The Joint Chiropractic's core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITYWhy Join Us: When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you're joining a movement.
