About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) to play a pivotal role in the institution's strategic and financial leadership. The VPFA will be a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering with the Board of Trustees, senior administrators, and campus stakeholders to ensure that financial and administrative strategies are in line with the College's mission and strategic priorities. This executive will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and oversight of financial operations, business affairs, human resources, facilities, public safety, and auxiliary enterprises. The ideal candidate for the VPFA position at the company will be a highly accomplished and mission-driven leader with a proven track record in financial and administrative leadership, preferably within a complex organization such as higher education or a mission-driven nonprofit. The role demands a strategic, innovative, and collaborative approach, with a focus on aligning financial planning with institutional priorities. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration and will be instrumental in the College's vision of becoming a global leader in art and design education. The VPFA at the company will be instrumental in the institution's vision of becoming a global leader in art and design education. The role requires a leader who can bring a high level of strategic and innovative thinking, and who is adept at collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve the College's mission. The position is a full-time, on-site role, and the successful candidate will be expected to have a hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on aligning financial and administrative strategies with the institution's goals.
