Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Store Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Our local nonprofit retail store is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and support our Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail or restaurant leadership experience who enjoys coaching employees, providing exceptional customer service, and making a difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Help train and develop new employees
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Support employee scheduling and daily workflow
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Help maintain operational standards and store productivity
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or restaurant industry experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license required
