About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in the operational and strategic growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be the key partner to the Founder/CEO, responsible for translating the company's vision into executable plans and ensuring that the mission and values are upheld as the business scales. This includes leading the expansion of the media business and the launch of a consumer-focused app, with a strong emphasis on product market fit and the development of effective sales strategies. The COO will also be tasked with building and maintaining high-quality, scalable systems, teams, and processes, as well as fostering a culture of operational excellence, quality, and trust. Applicants for the COO position at the company should be proven, high-performing operators with a recent, hands-on background in scaling media, technology, or consumer product businesses online. The role requires a leader who is known for their excellent judgment, systems thinking, and relentless follow-through, and who is deeply committed to the pursuit of excellence. The ideal candidate will be adept at both getting into the details and masterfully delegating, and will have a strong talent for building and nurturing a high-performing team.
