Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high end customer service and store support, leading high volume rental and retail operations and assisting customers with premium products.

Job Specifications: 

• Starting Wage: $25.00 - $32.14 /hr
• Employment Type:  Year Round 
• Shift Type:  Full Time
• Minimum Age:  At least 18 years of age 
• Housing Availability:  No 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead daily operations, scheduling and payroll
• Maintain store records and inventory control
• Hire and train employees
• Monitor team performance
• Maintain product knowledge and customer service
• Participate in leadership forums
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years rental or retail supervisor experience – rental preferred
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends – winter and spring holidays required
• Fluent English communication

The expected pay range is $25.00 - $32.14 /hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
