Program Coordinator II (S)

North Carolina State Highway Patrol (NCSHP) is seeking a SAP Coordinator to join our team! The SAP Coordinator is a specialized liaison who manages and optimizes an organization's SAP enterprise software within specific departments, such as supply chain, logistics, or human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate data flow, coordinate system transactions, and bridge the gap between IT configurations and daily business operations.
• Responsible for insurance reimbursements, warranties, scan tool subscriptions, and crash estimating software subscriptions.
• Assist with fleet duties to include registrations, insurance, and toll road access.

Position/Physical Requirements

Typical work schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm Note: Qualified recommended applicant(s) must undergo and successfully pass: Criminal Background Investigation Drug Screening Test

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree from appropriately accredited institution AND one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
