Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, focusing on mood disorders, relationship challenges, and familial dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress regularly, reassessing treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback, ensuring that interventions remain relevant and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
