Trademark Associate Attorney (Brand Protection, Prosecution & Enforcement)

Direct Counsel is seeking a Trademark Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join a nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated domestic and international trademark matters, including global brand protection, trademark portfolio management, enforcement, licensing, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing complex trademark portfolios and advising clients on brand strategy and protection across multiple jurisdictions.
