Performance Objectives

• Lead and mentor bar staff to achieve a 90% guest satisfaction rating from feedback surveys within the first six months.
• Manage bar inventory and ordering to reduce waste by 15% over one year while maintaining consistent availability of key items.
• Implement and oversee a staff training program that increases cocktail sales by 20% within three months.
• Develop and promote three seasonal drink menus that earn positive feedback from at least 80% of surveyed guests.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations, maintaining a record of zero inspection violations.
• Drive bar revenue growth of 10% in the first six months through enhanced drink offerings and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative food-and-drink pairings that elevate the overall dining experience.
