Location: Harleysville, PA Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Support Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Harleysville, PA. This position is based on a production floor environment and plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are delivered, organized, and moved efficiently throughout the facility.

This role requires a high level of physical activity throughout the shift, strong organizational skills, and a safety-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working around machinery, transporting materials, maintaining work areas, and supporting production teams to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver raw materials and components to production workstations as needed
• Remove finished or processed materials from work areas and transport them to designated locations
• Move work sections and materials between staging areas and active workstations
• Organize and maintain staging areas with clear identification and labeling
• Clean and prepare workstations for the next production cycle
• Read and understand work orders, production tags, labels, and basic schematics
• Assist with inventory organization and material flow throughout the facility
• Support production teams as needed to ensure efficient operations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent movement throughout the production floor
• Bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
• Climbing stairs and navigating a manufacturing facility
• Working around machinery and production equipment
• Ability to see and hear clearly in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, or production support role preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Basic math and inventory skills
• Ability to read work orders, labels, and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and production floor environment
• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
• Exposure to moving machinery and production equipment
• Overtime may be required based on production demands
• PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times
• Fast-paced environment requiring teamwork and adaptability
