Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Royalton, OH. The Account Manager will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide quotes, explain coverage options, and support customers through the claims and renewal processes. Day-to-day work includes proactive follow-up with policyholders, identifying opportunities for coverage improvements, and coordinating with other team members to meet sales and retention goals. This role also involves maintaining organized records, adhering to State Farm and regulatory guidelines, and delivering consistent, professional customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills to support and retain client accounts. Sales aptitude, including comfort with discussing insurance products, quoting coverage, and closing opportunities ethically. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and documentation accurately. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency management systems and State Farm tools efficiently. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address policy questions and resolve customer issues effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business or a related field is beneficial.
