Shipping Clerk

Become a Key Player as a Shipping Clerk / Truck DriverYou will support interfacility material flow by picking up, transporting, and delivering materials, and by managing shipping and inventory processes that enable production and customer shipments. You will work onsite on a swing shift (Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm) and collaborate with production, inventory control, and carrier partners to keep shipments accurate and on schedule.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPick up, transport, and deliver materials using an interfacility box truck and stage shipments for carrier pickupReceive, stock, issue parts and assemblies, perform cycle counts, and maintain inventory recordsPerform packaging, labeling, and shipping checklist activities to meet shipping best practicesPrint and manage inventory/shipping reports, tags, unit container labels, and shipping documentsSchedule and track shipments through internal shipping processes and carrier portalsTrain and assist coworkers on shipping tasks, pack slips, freight bills, and portal accessOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and with limited oversightIdentify variances, participate in investigation and resolution, and follow/update work ordersHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleExperience operating a box truckHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical activity (climbing, balancing, moving parts)Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipmentFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and internal inventory/shipping computer applicationsStrong attention to detail, legible documentation skills, and proven problem-solving and communication abilitiesPay Rate Range$20.00 - $25.30/hrReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
