We are always in pursuit of hardworking people to join our quest and bring our core values to life.ResponsibilitiesAs a Brand & Marketing Specialist of FFSTL, you will focus on reaching our current running community and new running and fitness communities in our surrounding area. A successful Brand & Marketing Specialist drives customers into the store, helps reach sales objectives, and acquires and retains customers. This position will be involved with grassroots marketing efforts, social media marketing, email marketing, outreach events and expos, special events, building and maintaining race partnerships, and other activities as assigned. You will work collaboratively with Company and Store Management, the Running Club Team, and the local community.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferredAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWorking knowledge of Social Media and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Familiarity with graphic design and visual suite platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative CloudExperience editing photography and videographyAbility to manage multiple moving parts/ plan something and see it through to completionProfessional and timely internal and external communicationSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenCollaborative and customer-centricWilling to go above and beyond when neededStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead and direct othersAction-oriented, level-headed, and consistentCommunicate professionally with customers and teamSupport all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functionsPerksHigh energy and fun atmosphere401K plan participationReferral based bonusesTraining and advancement opportunities within the Fleet Feet brandFree and discounted products, training, and company-affiliated race discountsPassionate team membersFleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners.
