This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership.Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.Role PurposeThis role exists to bring Mitti's regional marketing programs to life across Americas (AMER) — supporting field and partner marketing efforts that connect local market needs to global campaigns, and helping sales teams show up with the right message in the right place at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute regional field marketing activities — events, webinars, trade shows, and partner activations — that generate pipeline and build brand awareness across the regionWork closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to understand market needs and ensure marketing activity directly supports pipeline goalsTrack and report on regional campaign performance, using data to iterate quickly and improve outcomesOwn event logistics end-to-end — venue, vendor, comms, and follow-up — delivering a high-quality experience without dropping the ball on the detailsSupport partner and channel marketing activities across the region, coordinating co-marketing initiatives with key partnersMaintain an up-to-date view of AMER market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform regional strategyTechnical SkillsDemonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns or events —in-house, agency, or internship experience all countComfortable working with marketing tools — experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, marketing automation, or project management platforms is a plusStrong written communicator in English — able to write clear, on-brand copy for emails, event assets, and campaign briefs without heavy editingAble to work with data to track campaign performance and summarise results for stakeholdersBachelor's degreeBehavioural SkillsHighly organised and self-directed — manages multiple projects simultaneously, spots what needs doing before being asked, and follows through without close oversightComfortable working across time zones and cultures; adapts communication style to the audience and contextBias for action — moves quickly, iterates, and doesn't wait for a perfect brief before making progressCollaborative and commercially aware — understands how marketing activity in-house, agency, or internship experience all countReceptive to feedback and curious about what's working; brings ideas and takes clear steps when something isn't landingAI SkillsUses AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to accelerate content production, localisation, and research tasksComfortable experimenting with new AI tools and applying them practically to day-to-day marketing workSuccess Looks LikeRegional field marketing activities are running on time, on budget, and generating qualified pipeline for AMER sales teams within the first 90 daysCampaign and event performance is tracked and reported clearly, with a visible improvement loop in placeAMER sales teams feel well-supported — they have the localised assets, event follow-up, and market intel they need to work effectivelyAt least one co-marketing initiative with a regional partner has been planned and executed end-to-endKey StakeholdersAccount Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer SuccessManagersGlobal Demand Generation and Campaigns teamsContent and Brand teamsRegional channel and technology partnersExternal vendors (event production, translation, media)What You Need To KnowTravel: 20% travel required for regional events and trade shows across AMER — estimated 6–8 trips per yearOffice/in-person: Expectation to be in the local office a minimum of 3 days per week where applicableHours: Standard business hours with occasional flexibility needed around event days or cross-timezone collaboration with global teamsWe're committed to building inclusive teams and cultivating a sense of belonging so our people can bring their whole authentic selves to work each day.
