Job Description:

- Position Type: Per Diem, Rotating 12x shifts
- Start Date: October
- Work Environment: Critical Access Hospital
- Areas of Focus: Emergency Department & Float to Medical Surgical
- Patient Demographics: 15-bed facility serving birth to geriatric populations
- Patient Ratios: 2:1

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional care for patients with conditions such as:
- COPD
- Diabetes
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Cardiac issues
- Trauma cases
- Manage cardiac and diabetic drips
- Mix medications independently due to the absence of in-house pharmacy
- Utilize telemetry equipment and Cerner EMR for patient management

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient RN experience
- Required Certifications:
- TNCC
- ACLS
- BLS
- Active Colorado nursing license
- Certifications must be on file at time of submission
