The Service Department is seeking a dynamic and energetic Service Support Specialist to join our team!

In this vital role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients , providing exceptional support and ensuring their experience with us is positive, seamless, and memorable. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

What You Will Be Doing:

As our Internal Service Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for customers who need support, answers, parts, or solutions. You'll work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Technical Service teams to ensure every customer experience is outstanding!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and service requests
• Coordinating and scheduling technical support and service activities
• Identifying creative solutions to customer challenges
• Building strong relationships through outstanding service
• Operating a forklift to retrieve inventory for clients
• Maintaining accurate records in company systems
• Working with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements:

 

Preferred Qualifications  

• 4+ years experience in Customer Service, Service Support, Service Coordination, inside sales, or technical support experience
• Experience with ERP (Infor,) CRM, or business software systems
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Ability to occasionally lift and move inventory items
