Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.

• Actively participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring tailored support strategies for each enrolled family.

• Monitor individual and group outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team engaged in ongoing collaboration.
\n
• Provide coaching and support to families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to enhance their child’s development effectively.

• Administer evidence-based assessments and interventions in alignment with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and families to promote a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertinent to child welfare and early intervention services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work specifically with infants and toddlers, focusing on those with disabilities or developmental delays. Your expertise will help them achieve key developmental milestones in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their crucial formative years. Your role will significantly impact the lives of children by equipping families with the resources to support their child’s journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW license with the Department of Public Health; a valid driver's license is also required.
