Accounts Receivable Supervisor

A well-established organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead its government contract billing function. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role supervises a team of three and oversees accurate, timely invoicing and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle invoicing for CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts, including electronic submissions through customer billing systems
• Establish and maintain billing standards, procedures, and templates for the AR team
• Reconcile billings and payments, monitor receivable balances, and drive collections
• Report on unbilled receivables and invoicing status to management
• Support month-end close and reconcile AR-related general ledger accounts
• Partner with Contracts on final invoices and closeout
• Oversee project setup in Deltek Costpoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 5+ years of government contract billing and collections experience xhyhwjd
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, WAWF/iRAPT, IPP, and VIPERS
• Solid understanding of GAAP revenue recognition and FAR cost principles
• Advanced Excel skills and strong written and verbal communication
• US citizenship required; must pass a background check and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
