Compensation Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The Maintenance Mechanic A operates, maintain and repair all aspects of the Hospital's utility systems. Qualifications Responsibilities:
Education Required
• Must complete in-house orientation program
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience And Skills
• Speaks, reads and writes English
• 3 years Trade School or 4 years related experience. License/Certifications
• Current NYS Driver's License. Working Conditions Other information:
Working Conditions
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn
• The position involves frequent strain due to strenuous work positions.
• Other duties include snow and ice removal and unloading trucks.
