Position reports to : Senior Accountant

Location : NY, NY

FLSA : Exempt

Annual Salary : $80K

Exciting opportunity for Senior Accountant to join a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice entry in SAP/ preparation of payment proposals
• Preparation of accruals/posting of accruals
• Vendor clearing
• New Vendor Set up
• Support in sales and use tax questions
• Posting salary JE
• Stock management (inventories, stock movement)
• Participate in monthly/annual closing for the group and local subsidiary
• Prepare various reports for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting
• Accuracy when computing and managing numbers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to envision all aspects of business finances from large scale to minute
• Proactive and responsible
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• SAP experience is a plus
