Location: San Antonio, TX (ONSITE) Experience Required: 4+ Years Full Time ONLY

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

P&C domain expertise, QE E2E and stakeholder management, API testing, Performance testing, Selenium, Git, Jenkins and Python

Roles & Responsibilities

· API testing, Performance testing, Automating the performance scripts

· Define QE strategy – work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for product releases

· Oversee test planning – create, review and approve detailed test plans and test cases to ensure broad coverage of product requirements

· Coordinate testing efforts – manage and coordinate different types of testing, including regression, user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing

· Manage testing lifecycle – oversee the entire testing process, from the initial planning stages through test execution and final closure

· Review test documentation – ensure test cases, plans and reports are well documented, accurate and up to date

· Track defects – monitor problem and defect reports, ensuring they are documented, tracked and resolved in a timely manner

· Manage test environments – oversee and manage the tooling and environments used for both manual and automated testing

· Report progress to stakeholders – provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on the status of testing, quality metrics and project progress

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams – act as a liaison with product owners and developers to ensure everyone is aligned on quality expectations and requirements
