Stars Programs Lead - Provider Education & Quality

Clever Care Health Plan

Clever Care Health Plan in Southern California is seeking a Star Programs Specialist to support deployment of member experience improvement strategies and CMS Star measures. You will collect feedback and coordinate with the Network/Provider Relations and Customer Service teams to drive quality initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging providers, creating training materials, monitoring CAHPS/STAR activities, and contributing to cross-department quality improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clever Care Health Plan
