As a Security Officer Patrol in Chino, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic tech and communications location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support employees and guests with outstanding service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access activity, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, production spaces, common areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with access control responsibilities by verifying credentials, directing guests, and communicating with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitor arrivals, and/or other security-related matters.
• Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by observing for policy violations, equipment-related concerns, and/or other unusual conditions, then escalating issues through established reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
