Guardian Savings Bank is looking for Loan Officers for our Northern Kentucky branches. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Generate prospective mortgage loan clientsAnalyze client mortgage needs and recommend appropriate mortgage productsLearn and maintain knowledge of available mortgage lending productsCollect appropriate documentation from borrowers to successfully complete the loan approval processManage pipeline for loan origination through approval and closingMaintain high level of customer service and provide updates to the customer during the loan processEffectively work a referral network to grow a portfolio of customers Education and Experience Established NMLS license, preferredMinimum 1+ years current Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferredTrustworthy & DependableDetail orientedExcellent communication skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to organize and prioritize tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent, required; or Associate degree, preferred Job competencies Organized and dependableAnalytical and attention to detailAbility to problem solve and multi-taskVerbal and Written CommunicationSelf-MotivatedTeam Player Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this position.
