Machine Operator - Granulation Department

This hands‑on role focuses on operating and monitoring granulation equipment to ensure materials are processed accurately and safely in a fast‑paced industrial environment. What You Will Do Operate granulation and processing equipment in accordance with established procedures Monitor equipment performance and material flow to ensure quality and efficiency Load, unload, and stage materials for processing Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment checks as assigned Identify and report equipment issues or process deviations Accurately record production data and complete required documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures What You Bring High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in manufacturing, processing, or industrial operations preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operating instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to lift and move materials as required Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access Schedule & Benefits 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits 401k with company match Paid holidays, vacation, sick time, personal holiday, and community days Stable, mission‑driven organization Compliance Requirements Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements Ability to pass background screening and pre‑employment drug testing Apply today and help us support safe operations, production quality, and a more sustainable future. #J-18808-Ljbffr Abington Reldan Metals, LLC
