Account Manager

The role focuses on educating and partnering with community sponsor groups to host blood drives across the service territory. We are looking for committed individuals who demonstrate good character , use clear communication , and can collaborate alongside professionals who believe in the power of integrity and teamwork. Responsibilities: Educate and work with community sponsor groups to host blood drives throughout the service territory. Network with potential blood drive hosts such as local businesses, community groups, and high schools. Travel within the Blood Center territory and meet with partners on a routine basis. Spend most days working in the field with blood drive partners, and 1–2 days per week at the ImpactLife office. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Sales experience including cold calls and business development required. Be able to travel within the territory and possess a valid driver's license as well as the ability to be insurable by ImpactLife. Must be able to report to the Urbana office on a routine basis. Pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report are required.
