Physical Therapist (PT)Pride Health is actively hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client's Home Health Team. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality home health services to patients in their homes. The Physical Therapist will develop and implement individualized plans of care to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall functional independence.Traveller Pay package: (Applicable only if your home location is more than 50 miles from Wilmington, OH 45177) Gross Pay: $64.25/Hour (Weekly: $2,570.00) Take Home pay: $54.17/Hour (Weekly: $2,166.80) Pay Structure: Stipend: $890.00/Week ($22.25/Hour) W-2 Rate: $1,680.00/Week ($42.00/Hour) Local Pay: $55.00 to $60.00/hour (W-2) (if your home location is less than 50 miles from Wilmington, OH 45177) Schedule: Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM On-Call/Weekend Requirement: None Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week Coverage Area: Highland County, Clinton County, Fayette County. Mileage reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits from the first patient to the last patient. Patient Care Setting: Home Health Dress Code: Any professional attire/scrub color.
