Event Marketing Manager

Owning the strategy and execution of trade shows and conferences, the full-time Event Marketing Manager will manage event planning, logistics, and post-event reporting in a hybrid work environment, while also supporting the flagship annual customer conference, ReImagine. Key responsibilities Develop and execute event strategy, managing budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts for trade shows and conferences Collaborate with creative teams to produce event messaging, collateral, and promotional campaigns Partner with cross-functional teams to capture event data, streamline follow-up processes, and report on event ROI Required qualifications 3-5 years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS Proven track record of planning and executing successful events from strategy to on-site execution Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously Experience with event management and CRM/marketing automation tools Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content production and event planning processes
