Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually
Job Overview
A growing ABA therapy organization in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations, supervise BCBAs and clinical staff, and support organizational growth. The organization provides individualized ABA therapy and parent training to children with autism and developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services.
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff.
- Oversee treatment plans, client progress, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
- Support staff development, clinical processes, and company growth.
- Work across home, school, and clinic settings as needed.
Requirements
- BCBA certification required.
- Active Nevada Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
- Must currently reside in Las Vegas, NV.
- Experience supervising BCBAs and working with children with autism.
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working in a growing organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Clinical Director or clinical leadership experience.
