Clinical Director

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year (DOE)

A growing behavioral health organization in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership, support quality patient care, and contribute to continued organizational growth. The organization provides individualized ABA therapy and parent training for children with autism and developmental needs, focusing on communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services.
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Oversee treatment planning, client progress, and quality of care.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Support staff development, clinical processes, and organizational growth.
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings as needed.
  

Requirements

• BCBA certification required.
• Active Nevada LBA (NV LBA) required.
• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV.
• Strong ABA clinical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexible, collaborative, and willing to take on new challenges in a growing organization.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and working with children with autism.
  

Preferred Qualification s

• Previous Clinical Director or clinical leadership experience.
