Provide support to the Returns Department and Team Leader by handling and carrying out operational tasks and administrative functions that will drive effective daily operations and support departmental employees in their accuracy and productivity.

Location: 180 Armstrong Road, Pittston PA 18640

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1:30am

Role Responsibilities

• Review customer paperwork for data protection purposes and ensure accurate disposition within the site
• Correct mis-labelled product, reprint labels as needed
• Communicate stock issues to the team, collect problem stock and package accordingly
• Log labelling errors and review with employee to correct
• Record details on customer returns dated past 1 year on faulty spreadsheet log; communicate issues to Contact Center team to relay to customers
• Provide direction and support to Warehouse Associates, assisting them in their accuracy and productivity
• Active participation in start-up and/or end-of shift responsibilities
• Assist Team Leaders in effectively staffing areas based on available work and reports
• Support Team Leader in engaging and motivating the team to meet and exceed departmental goals and productivity standards
• Provide training support and guidance to new and existing employees on the proper way to refurbish returned items to stock
• Track and maintain individual hourly productivity rates by reviewing reports and entering data for calculation of employee productivity incentives
• Ensure workstations are properly stocked with supplies and equipment is in good working condition, communicate any supply needs/system failures to Team Leader
• Help to maintain clean and organized working and staging areas; Work with Facilities and Safety team members to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate with the management team to provide timely, accurate and relevant information and updates verbally and via email
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department and Team Leader
• Assign, execute and oversee special warehouse projects
• Collaborate with the area Manager to provide coverage of essential departmental functions in the event of a short-term absence of the Team Leader
• Demonstrate acceptable workplace behaviors
• Maintain acceptable attendance standards
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all Boden teams
• Participate as an active and positive team member in all areas, improving efficiencies
• Use Microsoft suite programs and email to communicate with Management team
• Additional duties as needed and/or assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Professional written and oral communications skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and email
• Strong and courteous interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Adaptable and open to change
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
