Warehouse Specialist II

Now Hiring: Warehouse Specialist II $26.40/hour | Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM | Onsite Key Responsibilities
- Stage materials for weighing, dispensing, buffer prep, and media prep.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP SOPs during all material handling activities.
- Manage recycling of single-use bags and waste from suite passthroughs.
- Return materials to the warehouse with appropriate documentation provided by suites.
- Coordinate cold deliveries of materials with specific business units.
- Oversee and maintain the neutral corridor, keeping it organized and free of obstructions.
- Escalate delays or items left in the neutral corridor beyond acceptable timeframes.
- Support material movement to glass wash and other relevant areas.
- Accurately document all material movements and escalate discrepancies immediately.
- Communicate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall manufacturing process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically able to lift and move materials as required.
- Accountability and proactive problem-solving.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong team collaboration.
