Now Hiring: Warehouse Specialist II

$26.40/hour | Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Stage materials for weighing, dispensing, buffer prep, and media prep.
Maintain compliance with cGMP SOPs during all material handling activities.
Manage recycling of single-use bags and waste from suite passthroughs.
Return materials to the warehouse with appropriate documentation provided by suites.
Coordinate cold deliveries of materials with specific business units.
Oversee and maintain the neutral corridor, keeping it organized and free of obstructions.
Escalate delays or items left in the neutral corridor beyond acceptable timeframes.
Support material movement to glass wash and other relevant areas.
Accurately document all material movements and escalate discrepancies immediately.
Communicate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall manufacturing process.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physically able to lift and move materials as required.
