Field Reimbursement Manager

Role Description
Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) help customers navigate and resolve fulfillment, access, and reimbursement issues for certain approved products.
- Work collaboratively with Territory Business Managers.
- Ensure prescribers and their office staff understand the RYZUP hub enrollment process, support services, and access.
- Provide access and reimbursement support.
- Work directly with prescribers, their office staff, and RYZUP Patient Support to provide education on processes.
- Understand the Specialty Pharmacy (SP) process.
- Work in conjunction with RYZUP SP Liaisons to monitor cases through the SP system.
- Provide updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy process.
- Experience in access and reimbursement support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to educate prescribers and office staff on processes.
