This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing counselors to provide telehealth services from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based measures to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly tracking and adjusting therapeutic goals based on progress.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, using SimplePractice, our practice management software.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and community resources to coordinate holistic care for clients.
\n
• Participate in weekly case review meetings to discuss treatment approaches, share insights, and ensure the quality of care provided.
\n
• Engage in marketing efforts, such as refining your presence on Psychology Today, to enhance the visibility of our services and attract potential clients.
\n
• Commit to professional growth through continuous education, keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals who are navigating mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Clients may come from various cultural backgrounds, and as such, the role emphasizes the importance of understanding unique societal and personal factors that influence mental health. The LPC will deliver empathetic care that respects individual histories and encourages the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required for this position.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in providing counseling services, ideally in settings that prioritize comprehensive mental health care.

• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, combined with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a capacity to build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for delivering therapy is preferred.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care practices or experience in working with clients experiencing PTSD.

• Background in multicultural counseling techniques that cater to clients’ diverse experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
