Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual client needs, formulating effective and personalized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Provide high-quality counseling services, including individual, family, marriage, and, when applicable, group therapy sessions tailored to the client’s specific situations.

• Implement mental health screenings utilizing recognized assessment tools to accurately determine treatment requirements for patients.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for our clients, addressing behavioral, physical, and psychosocial needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Open Hearts, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including adolescents and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field that qualifies for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentialing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
