Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, targeting the diverse needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and relevant legal requirements, leveraging electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
