Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records, including session notes and progress documentation in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to formulate comprehensive treatment plans, which include establishing discharge strategies tailored to individual client assessments.

• Engage in regular consultations with clients' families and support systems to ensure cohesive treatment and discharge planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and continually adapt strategies as clients evolve through their recovery journeys.

• Conduct frequent counseling sessions with clients, providing therapeutic support and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of client needs.

• Perform continual evaluations of client progress to ensure that treatment objectives are being met and modify approaches when needed.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience in therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.
