The Recruiting Manager strives to identify, warm, and recruit interested Siegfried Advisory candidates, while infusing foundational Leadership Advisory concepts throughout the process. They ensure an exceptional, compelling recruiting experience for all stakeholders, including candidates, candidate sources, and the recruiting team to fuel long-term growth. This role will help build and evolve Siegfried Advisory’s recruiting function, transitioning from a predominantly agency and Referral Appreciation Program-driven model to a more balanced approach (in non-Tax Resourcing areas) incorporating direct sourcing, disciplined process execution, and proactive pipeline development across Financial Advisory Services, Tax Advisory Services, Operations, and Leadership roles.**Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities*** Management of the recruiting process beginning with the first interaction for each candidate.* Ensure we are always recruiting and building genuine, meaningful relationships with potential candidates and business development contacts.* Identify, engage, and recruit high-caliber professionals aligned with Siegfried’s High-Performance Model and cultural expectations.* Oversight and management of scheduling candidate connections, including screenings, interviews, closings, and pre-pipeline warming efforts.* Seek to understand candidates’ motivation for engaging in our interview processes by asking thoughtful questions to ensure they are aligned and inspired by what SA has to offer.* Develop, coach, and hold accountable the Siegfried Advisory Recruiting Coordinator(s) to deliver at a high level.* Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.* Identify and build relationships with strategic Agency Partners.* Prepare and participate in rhythmic strategic and Leadership Advisory focused meetings with Agency Partners.* Regularly collaborate and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss, execute, and improve our recruiting process and long-term recruiting strategy.* Mentor, coach, advise, monitor, and develop Recruiting Coordinators to achieve their Bigger Future.* Monitor and report insights while understanding the quantitative measures of the Firm’s key performance metrics, to ensure hiring forecasts are met rhythmically throughout the year. **Supervisory Responsibility**This position supervises the Siegfried Advisory Recruiting Coordinator(s). **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university* 5-10 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in professional services environments, in particular finance, accounting, and tax talent disciplines* Proven experience recruiting for a broad range of roles, including leadership, advisory, business development, and operational positions* Showcases an ability to help evolve and strengthen sourcing capabilities as the organization continues to mature its talent acquisition strategy* Demonstrated ownership of recruiting outcomes, including hiring results, pipeline strength, process effectiveness, and stakeholder alignment* Strong understanding of financial advisory, accounting, and tax talent markets, including candidate profiles, competitive dynamics, and sourcing strategies* Proven ability to operate with a strong commercial mindset, aligning recruiting priorities with business growth objectives and talent needs* Experience building and managing multi-channel recruiting pipelines, including agency, referral, and direct sourcing approaches* Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and improve recruiting outcomes* Demonstrated leadership capability, including setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and developing team members* Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing recruiting team members, including driving performance and supporting long-term professional growth* Superior written and verbal communication skills* Exceptional
