Part Time HR Generalist

About the Role: Part‑Time HR Generalist As an HR Generalist at Kumon North America, you will: Support Associate Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for employees, fostering positive relationships and engagement. Drive HR Programs: Assist across core HR functions including performance management, talent management, and learning & development. Promote Culture & DEI: Support initiatives that strengthen company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Advise & Coach: Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development. Analyze & Improve: Review HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to programs and processes. Ensure Compliance: Support HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience: Prior experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborator: Ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams. Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a broad range of HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Support employee relations, including handling inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues. Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations. Contribute to talent management initiatives, including engagement and retention efforts. Support compensation and benefits administration, including analysis and program coordination. Assist in training and development programs and HR system (HCM) support. Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding activities as needed. Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the associate handbook. (Responsibilities aligned with core HR functional areas including associate relations, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, and HR systems support.)
