Previous experience in metal working, assembly, or heavy manufacturing, construction, physical labor roles Reliable, punctual, and steady on attendance Able to read instructions or simple diagrams Strong focus on quality and safety Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet

What the Job Looks Like Assemble metal hardware (hinges, slam latch, spring packages, pyro latches, etc.) Work with team members to maximize productivity Cross-train on various machines and in various departments to fill in when needed Performs frequent quality checks Communicate with the entire team to reach company goals Use hand and power tools Work within all safety guidelines Keep the area well organized and clean Other duties as assigned
