Business Manager

To support the expansion of ambulatory and therapy platforms, the full-time Business Manager will manage departmental budgets, provide financial analysis, and collaborate with clinical leaders, with the flexibility of remote/hybrid work arrangements. Key responsibilities Manages hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members to meet departmental operational goals Develops and monitors departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets while responding to business changes Provides financial reports and analysis to support effective financial management within the department Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field No prior experience required
