About the Role The Company is seeking a VP / Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of long‑range plans and the delivery of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the strategic initiative portfolio is in line with the organization's overall strategy, driving process excellence, and ultimately, enhancing the experience for both internal and external customers. This leadership position involves close collaboration with senior leaders in various business areas, technology, data and AI, and finance to drive transformation and will require regular updates to the executive leadership team on the progress and results of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Enterprise strategy development. Leading the annual Target Letter process. Providing strategic oversight of the enterprise transformation roadmap. Leading and facilitating the management of top strategic relationships across the enterprise. Acting as a strategic connector. Ensuring the realization of value from transformation efforts.
