About the Role The Company is seeking a Western Regional Vice President to serve as a strategic partner to Principal Owners, Firms, and Financial Representatives. This senior field role is pivotal in delivering consultative advice to enhance growth, productivity, and leadership development within the field distribution network. The position requires a leader with a proven track record in consulting on sales growth, a deep understanding of distribution economics, and the ability to build strong, trust‑based relationships. Responsibilities Drive sales growth, assist with business planning, and influence production outcomes. Lead firm expansion efforts and support strategic initiatives.
