This includes the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves designing and executing post‑acquisition integration plans, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and monitoring integration progress to ensure the realization of synergies and value. Responsibilities Develop and execute a robust M&A strategy aligned with growth objectives. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition opportunities. Lead due diligence processes. Proven track record of leading successful acquisitions and integrations. Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills. Financial and operational oversight experience, including financial modeling and valuation, and ensuring adherence to budget and strategic objectives.
